how we started
Washington native Chef Grant Rico leans on his experiences working at renowned restaurants, including Singlethread in Healdsburg and Element 47 at the Little Nell in Aspen, to curate a creative yet accessible menu. He’s compiled his favorite dishes that focus on sharing, trying new things, and reimagining classics — fitting for your favorite neighborhood restaurant.
